At USEMYN, we strive to make renting and accessing products as convenient as possible. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your needs. Our packaging is designed to protect your rental item during transit. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, and are displayed at checkout. Shipping & Return Policy

At USEMYN, we take pride in delivering items in excellent condition, if not new, and ensuring that you receive the exact product listed. We are committed to providing you with a seamless rental experience. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully to understand our process:


1. Product Condition:
   - All our rental items are in excellent condition, if not new.
   - You will receive the exact product as listed on our website.

2. Product Availability:
   - Some items may need 24-48 hours to get shipped, we will notify you.

  - In the rare event that the exact product you ordered is unavailable, one of our customer care representatives will promptly reach out to offer you a suitable alternative.


3. Payment Authorization:
   - When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized during the first week of the rental period. However, your rental duration won't begin until we receive a notification from the courier confirming that the item has been delivered to you.


4. Rental Duration and Late Returns:
   - Your rental duration begins upon confirmation of delivery.
   - If you fail to return the item within 24 hours after the end of your rental period, our system will automatically charge an additional week.

5. Returns and Cancellations:
   - We do not offer returns or exchanges.
   - If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving the item, a cancellation fee of 50% of the first week's rental cost will be charged.

6. Damaged Goods:
   - If an item is returned damaged or with missing components, you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the weekly rental rate, up to a maximum of 100%.
   - In the event that an item is returned completely damaged and deemed unusable, you may be charged up to 200% of the weekly rental rate.
